Early Life and Education

Walz has three siblings, two of whom are still living: Jeff Walz and Sandy Dietrich née Walz. All three Walz siblings graduated from Chadron State College in Nebraska.

Political Career

Walz was selected as Kamala Harris' vice presidential running mate for the 2024 presidential election. Prior to this, he served as Governor of Minnesota since 2019.
